Z-Ile-Glu-Thr-Asp 7-amido-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin is a fluorogenic caspase-8/granzyme B substrate, which contains the acetyl moiety.

Uses

Fluorogenic caspase 8 substrate has been used to measure caspase 8 activity in Jurk at cell lysates.

Biological Activity

The peptide Ac-Val-Glu-Thr-Asp-AMC, or Ac-VETD-AMC, is a fluorogenic, modified peptide substrate for caspase 8.
