Uses
Manganese Bisglycinate is used as a feed additive in poultry.
Synthesis
(1), to 2000L reaction kettle into 400kg of manganese sulfate monohydrate, inhalation of 800kg of pure water, turn on the stirring, warming up to 40 C V, so that completely dissolved, 0.01MPa vacuum to add 32wt% sodium hydroxide solution of 620kg, generated manganese hydroxide white solid, drop than the reaction of 0.5h ;
(2), cooling to 20 C. Centrifugal filtration, using double cone vacuum dryer, vacuum 0.06MPa60C drying 4h;
(3), take the drying solid 180kg, added to 2000L reaction kettle, inhalation of 400kg of pure water, turn on the stirring, the vacuum is controlled at 0.01MPa, warming up to 40 0C;
(4 ), 300kg of glycine dissolved in 800kg of water, made of glycine solution;
(5 ), to the 2000L reactor to add Ikg sulfuric acid, open the high tank valve to the 2000L reactor to add glycine solution drop by drop, keep the temperature 0.01MPa vacuum under the drop time of 2h, plus the end of the 40 C heat preservation reaction for 2h;
(6 ), reaction, filtrate vacuum 0.07 MPa concentration for 2h, to the solution add acetone 60kg precipitation solid (improve yield);
(7), centrifugal filtration, using double cone vacuum dryer, vacuum 0.06MPa, 80 C drying for 2h, to get the glycine chelate manganese products.
