Description

m-PEG4-acid is a PEG linker containing a terminal carboxylic acid. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

Uses

m-PEG3-CH2CH2COOH is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). m-PEG3-CH2CH2COOH is also a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
