Ocaratuzumab (AME 133v) is an Fc-engineered humanized IgG1 anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, with a Kd of ~100 pM. Ocaratuzumab exhibits more effective antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)[1][2].
