Landogrozumab Usage And Synthesis
Uses
Landogrozumab (LY2495655) is an humanized anti-myostatin monoclonal antibody. Landogrozumab effectively improves muscle volume, hand grip strength and function. Landogrozumab can be used for the research of muscle wasting disease[1].
in vivo
Landogrozumab (3 and 15 mg/kg; i.v. once) affects muscle mass of aged mice with duchenne muscular dystrophy[1].

| Dosage: | 3 and 50 mg/kg |
| Administration: | Intravenous injection; 3 and 50 mg/kg once |
| Result: | Increasesd muscle mass of aged mice at a dose of 50 mg/kg while 3 mg/kg showed no significant effects. |
