Depemokimab Usage And Synthesis
Uses
Depemokimab (GSK-3511294) is a long-acting anti-IL-15 monoclonal antibody. Depemokimab can be used for research of asthma[1][2].
in vivo
Depemokimab (PK assay in cynomolgus monkeys) shows an approximately 2-fold reduction in clearance compared with Mepolizumab (HY-P9945), and shows an IL-5 binding affinity approximately 30-fold greater than Mepolizumab[2].
