Uses

Gersizangitide (AXT107) is an angiogenic inhibitor peptide containing 20 amino acids.Gersizangitide is a VEGF-A and VEGF-C inhibitor and a Tie2 activator. Gersizangitide is a collagen IV-derived peptide that blocks VEGF receptor signaling and suppresses vascular leakage in ischemic retinopathy and choroidal neovascularization[1].
