Synthesis

158.0 portions of o-nitrochlorobenzene, add 400 portions of dimethyl ether, polyethylene glycol 6001.6 portions, stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, then alternately add 66 portions of potassium hydroxide and 130 portions of o-cresol, while heating from 30 to 125 , holding and stirring for 240 minutes; reduce the temperature to 60 , slowly add 1,000 portions of water, heated to reflux, add benzyltriethyl Ammonium chloride 1.5 parts, add 95 parts of 85% hydrazine hydrate, add 1.5 parts of reduction catalyst, reflux reaction 220 minutes, reduction reaction to the end point, static stratification, separated from the upper layer of water, and then add 500g of water, reduce temperature to 40 C, static stratification, separated from the upper layer of water, to obtain the product of 182 parts, purity of 96.0 [HPLC], yield: 91%.
