Description
Biotin-PEG6-t-butyl ester is a PEG linker with a biotin and a t-butyl ester. The biotin group is used for the conjugation of proteins and can also be used for labeling. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions.
Uses
Biotin-PEG6-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
