Description

Propargyl-PEG7-acid is a reagent with a propargyl group with a carboxylic acid. The carboxylic acid reacts with primary amines under the activation of EDC or HATU. The propargyl group can participate in azide-alkyne Click Chemistry reaction to form triazole linkage, copper is required as a catalyst. The PEG spacer increases the hydrophilicity of the molecule.

Uses

Propargyl-PEG7-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG7-acid is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. Propargyl-PEG7-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
