Description

Propargyl-PEG9-amine has a propargyl group and an amine group. The amine group reacts with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) to form amide bonds. The propargyl group reacts with azides to form triazole linkage with the presence of copper as a catalyst.

Uses

Propargyl-PEG9-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG9-amine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
