Uses

14-Azido-3,6,9,12-tetraoxatetrsdecanol is a polyethyleneglycol (PEG) derivative used in the preparation of diverse targeted microenvironmental sensors.

Description

Azido-PEG5-alcohol is a water soluble PEG linker containing an azide (N3) and a terminal hydroxyl group. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.

Uses

1-Azidohexaethylene Glycol is used to prepare heparin-like antithrombotics having perphosphorylated thrombin binding domains.

Uses

As a polyethyleneglycol (PEG) derivative, 14-Azido-3,6,9,12-tetraoxatetradecanol can be used in the preparation of diverse targeted microenvironmental sensors.
