Description

Guanosine 5'-triphosphate (5'-GTP) trisodium salt is a G protein (G proteins) signalling activator and a high-energy precursor in the biosynthesis of nucleotide units in DNA and RNA. Guanosine 5'-triphosphate trisodium salt can promote myogenic cell differentiation by upregulating miRNA (miR133a, miR133b) and myogenic regulatory factor expression and by inducing human myogenic precursor cells to release exosomes containing guanosine molecules. Guanosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt holds promise for research in biosynthesis and skeletal muscle regeneration.

Uses

Guanosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt, a purine trinucleotide, is a substrate for RNA polymerases and a wide range of GTPase including G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) GTPases and cell signaling and cycling associated guanine nucleotide exhange factors (GEF). Guanosine 5-Triphosphate, Disodium Salt is a phosphoryl donor in protein synthesis and in signal transduction.

Application

Guanosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt is a key nucleotide in RNA synthesis and cell signaling. It acts as an activator of G protein signaling and is involved in protein synthesis and signal transduction.

General Description

Guanosine5'-(tetrahydrogen triph) (GTP-Na2) is the disodium salt form of Guanosine triphosphate (GTP). GTP is a fundamental molecule in cellular biology, similar in importance to ATP (Adenosine triphosphate).

Guanosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt (500 μM, 24 hours) significantly promoted the upregulation of miR133a, miR133b, and myogenic regulatory factors Pax7, MyoD, and Myogenin in differentiated human myogenic precursor cells (MPCs).
Guanosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt (5'-GTP trisodium salt) (500 μM, 24 h) can induce the release of exosomes from human myogenic progenitor cells.
