Synthesis
A synthesis method of n-octylamine, with n-octanol, liquid ammonia as raw materials and hydrogen as auxiliary gas, characterized in that: in a fixed-bed reactor, loaded with catalyst, activated by hydrogen, changed to the state of pro-hydrogen, n-octanol through the high-pressure liquid-phase constant-flow pumps for continuous feeding, liquid ammonia through the mass flow metering of the segmental feeding, the molar ratio of n-octanol and liquid ammonia is 1:4-10, the control of the reaction pressure of 0.5-2MPa, bed temperature of 120-250 ??, air speed 20-40h-1, the reaction to obtain the liquid phase product of n-octylamine crude product. The temperature of the bed layer is 120~250??, the air velocity is 20~40h-1, and the liquid phase product obtained from the reaction is the crude product of n-octylamine, and the fixed-bed layer of the fixed-bed reactor is made of alumina catalyst particles piled up with copper and chromium as the main active components, and the composition of said catalysts is as follows: Cu: 1-30%, Cr: 1-30%, Fe: 0.1-5%, Sn: 0.1-5%, and Zn: 0.1-5%, and the remaining is aluminum oxide. Octylamine is then reacted with hydrochloric acid to form octylamine hydrochloride.
