THP-PEG5 Usage And Synthesis
Description
THP-PEG5 is a PEG linker containing a THP protecting group and a terminal hydroxyl group. THP is an acid labile, alcohol protecting group. The terminal hydroxyl group can undergo reactions to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG linkers increase the water solubility properties of the compound in aqueous media.
Uses
THP-PEG4-OH is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
