Uses

Ac-ESMD-CHO is an inhibitor of caspase-3 and caspase-7. Ac-ESMD-CHO inhibits proteolytic cleavage of the caspase-3 precursor peptide (CPP32) at the Glu-Ser-Met-Asp (ESMD) site[1][2].
