Tr-PEG6 Usage And Synthesis
Description
Tr-PEG6 is a trityl ether protected PEG chain. The trityl ether can be removed under mildly acidic conditions or via hydrogenolysis. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
Uses
Tr-PEG5-OH is a non-cleavable 5 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Tr-PEG5-OH is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
