Description

Dde Biotin-PEG4-DBCO is a cleavable biotin reagent that is reactive with azide moiety via copper-free Click Chemistry. Dde protecting group allows efficient release of captured biotinylated molecules from streptavidin under mild conditions with hydrazine.

Uses

Dde Biotin-PEG4-DBCO is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Dde Biotin-PEG4-DBCO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
