Description
NH-bis(PEG4-Boc) is a Boc protected PEG reagent whiich is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters,. Boc group can be removed under acidic conditions.
Uses
NH-bis(PEG4-C2-NH-Boc) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
