NH-bis(PEG4-OH) Usage And Synthesis
Description
NH-bis(PEG4-OH) is a branched PEG4 reagentr. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls, etc. The hydroxy groups enable further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
Uses
NH-bis-PEG5 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
