Synthesis

Glycine and L-glutamine were used as the main raw materials, firstly, phthalic anhydride was used to protect glycine, and the obtained intermediate product was chlorinated with sulfoxide to produce chlorine chloride, and then amidated with L-glutamine, and finally deprotected with hydrazine hydrate in methanol to obtain the product, and the crude product could reach the level of pharmaceutical grade after one refinement.
