Synthesis

6-aminoquinoxaline (14.52g, 0.10mol), CuBr2 (2.23g, 0.01mol) was added into aqueous hydrobromic acid (0.8mol/L, 150mL), oxygen (or air) was drummed to maintain atmospheric pressure, the temperature control 90-95 ?? C reaction for 4h, the reaction solution was lowered to room temperature, 20% NaOH solution adjusted the pH value of the reaction system to 9. Dichloromethane (90mL) extraction, purified water (50mL??2) washing, anhydrous sodium sulfate drying, filtration, filtrate concentration under reduced pressure, 40 ?? vacuum drying 6-amino-5-bromoquinoxaline, yield: 97.8%, CHPLC purity: 99.94%.
