Synthesis

6-aminoquinoxaline (14.52g, 0.10mol), CuBr2 (2.23g, 0.01mol) was added into aqueous hydrobromic acid (0.8mol/L, 150mL), oxygen (or air) was drummed to maintain atmospheric pressure, the temperature control 90-95 ?? C reaction for 4h, the reaction solution was lowered to room temperature, 20% NaOH solution adjusted the pH value of the reaction system to 9.
