Description

Mal-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable peptide linker. The Val-Cit was designed to be cleaved by Cathepsin B. The maleimide group is reactive toward thiol groups between pH 6.5 to 7.5. PEG4 arm increases the aqueous solubility of the compound.

Uses

Mal-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable 4 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1].
