Uses

4'-Aminobenzo-15-crown-5-ether is an organic heterocyclic compound that is a highly adaptable intermediate in the manufacture of a wide variety of organic compounds such as dyes and polymers. It is also used in the field of materials science and is an essential component in the development of a wide range of materials from nanomaterials to polymers. In scientific studies, the compound has shown inhibitory effects on other enzymes such as acetylcholinesterase and histone deacetylase. In addition, the compound has shown the ability to bind and activate specific receptors such as the 5-HT2A receptor.
