Tyrphostin B44, (+) enantiomer is an EGFR kinase inhibitor.

Biological Activity

Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase inhibitor (IC 50 = 0.86 μ M). Slightly less active than the (-) enantiomer ((R)-(E)-2-Cyano-3-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-N-(1-phenylethyl)-2-propenamide ).
