ACACETIN-7-GLUCOSIDE Usage And Synthesis

Soluble in organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, DMSO, etc., derived from Dracocephalum moldavica L.

Uses

Tilianin has lipid-lowering and anti-inflammatory effects.

Biological Activity

Tilianin is an active flavonoid glycoside, widely present in a variety of medicinal plants, with antihypertensive, myocardial protection, antidiabetic, hypolipidemic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and other effects.

Synthesis

Since the chemical constituents of Fragrant Green Orchid Seed (Seed) have not been reported in the literature, the present study was carried out to isolate the chemical constituents from the authentic Fragrant Green Orchid Seed identified. The powder of Fragrant Green Orchid Seed was extracted by refluxing 10 times amount of 70% ethanol for 3h for three times. The ethanol was recovered, and the aqueous layer was extracted by adding 2 times the volume of dichloromethane for 6 times, and the dichloromethane layers were combined. After recovering the organic solvent, the extract was wet loaded onto a silica gel column, and rinsed with petroleum ether, petroleum ether-ethyl acetate (100:1, 50:1, 20:1, 10:1, 5:1, 1:1), and ethyl acetate, respectively, and the stream fractions were collected, and the collector of each time was also concentrated for the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis and the thin-layer The collected fractions were collected, and at the same time, each collection was concentrated and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography and thin-layer tracking analysis, from which field thistle glycosides (vanilloid glycosides) were isolated.
