Description

TCO-PEG4-amine is a heterobifunctional click chemistry reagent. Amine is very reactive with active NHS ester or with carboxylic acid in the presence of of activators suh as EDC. TCO moiety enable fast click chemistry with tetrazine molecule.

Uses

TCO-PEG4-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
