ChEBI: Glycitein 7-(6-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucoside) is a glycosyloxyisoflavone that is glycitin carrying an acetyl substituent at position 6 on the glucose moiety. It has a role as a plant metabolite. It is an acetate ester, a glycosyloxyisoflavone, a hydroxyisoflavone, a methoxyisoflavone, a monosaccharide derivative, a beta-D-glucoside and an O-acyl carbohydrate. It is functionally related to a glycitin.
