Cocatalyst in palladium catalyzed hydrocarboxylation reactions. Cocatalyst in Palladium catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. Ligand for hydroformylation catalysts. Ligand for the rhenium phosphinoborane pendant Lewis acid-assisted reductive coupling reactions. Catalyst precursor for alkene hydroboration.
