Uses
SB-237376 is a blocker of potassium and calcium channels. SB-237376 inhibits the rapidly activating delayed rectifier potassium current I(Kr) (IC50: 0.42 μM) and blocks the L-type calcium current I(Ca,L) at high concentrations[1].
