Chemical Properties

Polydimethylsiloxane is a colorless and transparent liquid, with excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, can be used for a long time under the conditions of -50ºC～+250ºC, small viscosity-temperature coefficient, High compressibility, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, chemical inertness, and physiological inertness.

Uses

Low viscosity Polydimethylsiloxane is an excellent structure control agent in the processing of silicone rubber, which can replace diphenylsilicone diol, simplify the process and improve the process performance.
