Dexketoprofen Trometamol is an non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain.

Synthesis

In dextroketoprofen were added anhydrous ethanol, ethyl acetate and aminobutanetriol, the weight ratio of dextroketoprofen: anhydrous ethanol: ethyl acetate: aminobutanetriol = 1: 2: 7: 0.48, stirring, reflux for 30 minutes, filtered to the crystallization tank while still hot, condensate to 28 ~ 32 ??, open ice brine down to 10 ?? below the static 3 hours, centrifugation, the cake was washed 2 times with 1 wt. anhydrous ethanol and 7 wt. ethyl acetate mixed solution, centrifugation, filtrate distillation recovery, the cake was dried at 50 ?? for 10 hours, crushed, that is, the dextroketoprofen.
