Soyasaponin Be Methyl ester Usage And Synthesis

Uses

Dehydrosoyasaponin I methyl ester (Soyasaponin Be methyl ester) is a saponin found in Trifolium alexandrinum[1].

Synthesis

Soybean saponin BE methyl ester was prepared as follows: the concentration of raw material of soybean saponin in the sample was 6.5mg/ml, the content of soybean saponin in the dry matter was 1.5%, the volume of the sample was 1000ml, and the temperature of the sample and the elution temperature were both 80??C. The sample was first washed with 460ml of water. The first 460ml water wash, sampling effluent and water wash solution combined dry soybean oligosaccharide crude; then 1400ml 35% ethanol to wash the adsorption column; and finally 1200ml 60% ethanol elution, flow rate of 8.0ml/min, collect the soybean saponin eluent, the elution volume of 1150 ml. Vacuum rotary evaporation, the soybean saponin crude 13.13g, brownish-yellow, content of 45.5%. 45.5%. The yield was 91.9%. The above crude soybean saponin into 250ml round bottom flask, add 50ml of 40% ethanol, heating reflux, the temperature is 85 ??, and then poured into the centrifuge tube, 30 ?? cooled for 24h, centrifugation to separate the mother liquor and crystallization, after washing and centrifugation to get the crystalline product, drying to get the product soybean saponin BE methyl ester 3.32g.
