Description

Propargyl-PEG3-methyl ester is a propargyl linker with a methyl ester. The propargyl group reacts with azide-bearing compounds via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry. Methyl ester can be hydrolyzed under strong basic condition.

Uses

Propargyl-PEG3-methyl ester is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Propargyl-PEG3-methyl ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
