Description
DBCO-PEG4-DBCO is a homobifunctional PEG linker containing two DBCO groups and a hydrophilic PEG spacer arm. DBCO will react with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules to form a stable triazole linkage without copper catalyst. The hydrophilic PEG spacer arm can increase water solubility and membrane permability.
Uses
DBCO-PEG4-DBCO is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. DBCO-PEG4-DBCO is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. DBCO-PEG4-DBCO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
