Description
t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG5-propargyl comprises a propargyl group and Boc-protected amine. The propargyl group reacts with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.
Uses
Boc-NH-PEG5-propargyl is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Boc-NH-PEG5-propargyl is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
