Description

Biotin-PEG4-NHS is an amine reactive reagent that contains biotin linked via a four-unit PEG spacer to N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), which facilitates the coupling of biotin to primary amines. Biotin-PEG4-NHS has been used in the biotinylation of proteins and antibodies.

Uses

Biotin-PEG4-NHS ester is a biotin-labeled, PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
