Uses
Inhibits the catalytic activities of several protein kinases competitively with respect to ATP and exhibited different Ki values toward each protein kinase. Also found to be a new type of vascular relaxant.
Biological Activity
Selective inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (MLCK). K i values are 32, 4, and 54 μ M for PKA, MLCK, and PKC respectively. Also inhibits STIM1-plasma membrane interactions, preventing store-operated Ca 2+ entry (SOCE).
