DISPASE Usage And Synthesis

Uses

DISPASE can be used for the large-scale or complete degradation of proteins, and can also be used to study protease inhibitors and thermal degradation mechanics. This product is commonly used in nucleic acid isolation steps; incubation for 0.5-3 hours in a system with 0.2% SDS and 10 mM EDTA is sufficient to achieve the desired result.
