TOXIN II, ANEMONIA SULCATA Usage And Synthesis

Uses

ATX-II is a specific Na+ channel Modulator toxin that can be isolated from the venom of sea anemone (Anemonia sulcata). ATX-II causes delayed inactivation of the Na+Ryanodine (HY-103306). ATX-II also induces pulmonary vein arrhythmogenesis and atrial fibrillation[1][2].
