Description

Ald-Ph-PEG3-amine TFA salt is a PEG linker containing a benzaldehyde group which is able to undergo reactions with primary amines. The terminal primary amine can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS ester groups and other carbonyl compounds. The hydrophilic PEG linkers increase the water solubility of the compound in aqueous environments.

Uses

Ald-Ph-amido-PEG3-C2-NH2 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
