N-Boc-PEG6-alcohol Chemical Properties,Usage,Production

Description

N-Boc-PEG6-alcohol is a PEG linker containing a Boc protected amine group and a terminal hydroxyl group. The Boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conditions. The hydroxyl group can react to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound.

Uses

N-Boc-PEG6-alcohol is a PROTAC bridge that belongs to the PEG class and the Alkyl/ether class. N-Boc-PEG6-alcohol can be used to synthesize a series of PROTAC molecules from Chemicalbook. N-Boc-PEG6-alcohol is a cleavable ADC bridge for the synthesis of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
