Biological Activity

PROTAC CDK9 Degrader-1 is a selective CDK9 degrader.

in vitro

PROTAC CDK9 Degrader-1 (Compound 3; 2.5-20 μM; 6 hours) degrades CDK9 in a dose dependent manner in HCT116 cells.

Western Blot Analysis

Cell Line: HCT116 cells
Concentration: 2.5, 5, 10, and 20μM
Incubation Time: 6 hours
Result: Degraded CDK9 in a dose dependent manner .
