Description

Propargyl-PEG4-bromide is a crosslinker that can be used in copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage with azides. The bromide (Br) acts as a good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions.

Uses

Propargyl-PEG4-Br is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG4-Br is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. Propargyl-PEG4-Br is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
